Service Description

Stretching is a fundamental part of your pole dance training, aiding you in your improvement of anything from warm-ups to lines, from pole dance tricks to choreography technique. Our stretch class is designed for all levels. The instructor will provide you different exercises adapted to your level of flexibility and push you to achieve your goals! This training focuses a lot on active flexibility, therefore our class include a fair amount of conditioning to help support your flexibility and train safely. Every week, the instructor will focus on a specific body part, including : front splits, box splits, hip flexibility, back flexibility, shoulder strength and flexibility. Recommended outfit: Please wear socks, leggings or joggers, and bring different layers of clothing to encourage your body to warm up for the stretch.
