If you have never tried pole dancing before or have taken just a few classes, this lesson is for you
Service Description
NEVER TRIED / BEGINNER level will help you build your strength and stamina to start your pole dancing journey. In this class you will learn to walk, pirouette and spin around the pole. The program will also focus on how to climb up the pole, perform foundation tricks on the pole (starting from the floor, without jumping), how to put them together in a combo using both static and spinning mode. We recommend taking this class until you’re comfortable with moves such as inverts, outside and inside leg hangs, before moving into Beginner / Inter level. Recommended outfit: shorts and tank top/ sports bra, no rings or metallic jewellery. Kindly remember to not moisturise (body lotion) on the day you come to class.
