Workshop 11/06
Handstands: A guide for inverted balances (2h) with Veronika
The goal of this workshops is to get a better understanding of how balance is achieved and which elements come into play, in order to bring together a beautiful controlled handstand.
This workshop is open to all level and includes: theory, conditioning and practice, as well as specific advices on where to start if you are new to handstands.

Workshop 29/07
Exotic tricks (1h) with Veronika
You want to make your routine truly spectacular?
Drops, flips, spins, balances, split drops, floorwork acrobatics: this workshop focuses on dynamic tricks on heels!
Requirements: students should be comfortable inverting.

As a seller, you will fix the price of each of your items. We recommend bringing change on the day and registering early as the spots are limited.
